Does Treeline process or use peanuts, sesame, wheat, soy, dairy, eggs, fish, or shellfish?

We do not use any of these items in our products and we do not process them in our facility. All of our products contain tree nuts. If you have specific concerns about allergens, please contact us at info@treelinecheese.com
Are the cultures used vegan?

All of the cultures used in our products are vegan, kosher, and non-GMO.
How long do your products last?

Any cheeses ordered online will arrive with approximately 3 weeks of shelf life, the same as you may find at your local grocer, and should be consumed within 1 to 2 weeks (depending on the item) of opening or prior to the sell-by date, whichever comes first.
Can Treeline cheese be frozen?

Our cheeses can be frozen for short periods of time, however their texture will be adversely affected the longer they are frozen. They must be consumed within a few days of defrosting.
Can I buy Treeline in stores?

Yes, absolutely! Treeline products are available in about 3,000 stores nationwide! Please use our Store Locator page to find our products on your local grocery shelves.
Why can’t I order just one cheese?

Due to the high cost of shipping perishable goods – both financial and environmental – shipping individual cheeses is unfortunately very expensive and inefficient.
Will my cheese arrive cold?

Yes, all orders are shipped with eco-friendly insulation and cold packs to help your cheeses arrive safely! Upon delivery, packages should be immediately opened and refrigerated. Please contact us ASAP at info@treelinecheese.com if there are any problems with your order. We cannot accept responsibility for cheeses that are warm due to being left outside for long periods of time after delivery. You will receive shipping and delivery alerts via email.
Why don't you ship every day?

Treeline is a fresh, perishable product. We do not ship late in the week to avoid any risk that your package will be delayed over the weekend.
What do I do when I receive my cheese?

When your package arrives, please remove the cheeses from the box and refrigerate them immediately. Please contact us ASAP at info@treelinecheese.com if there are any problems with your order.
What do I do with the packaging?

Our shipping boxes are made of recycled and recyclable materials. Please reuse or recycle the box. The insulated foam liner is a unique, environmentally friendly packaging material made from corn that dissolves with water. Disposal instructions are printed on each box: please cut open the Green Cell film and recycle the film. The corn-based foam can then be composted, dissolved in water, or even safely burnt. It will decompose in 60 days or less when in a moist soil environment. While the ice packs are also reusable, they can also be safely disposed of should they not be needed. Simply cut the corner and pour the gel into the trash or spread (once diluted with water) in an isolated area of your yard or garden where pets do not have access, then dispose of the rinsed film in a #4 recycle bin. Whole gel packs may be disposed of in your waste bin according to local and state laws.
Where do you ship?

We ship to all US states except Alaska (sorry, Alaska!). We cannot ship outside the United States.
Can I pickup my order?

Yes, local pickup is available at our plant in Kingston, NY 12401. To reduce the environmental cost of shipping, you can place an order through our online shop and enter discount code "LOCALPICKUP" at checkout.  Then we will email you to schedule your pickup.  Appointments are available Monday through Friday, 10am to 4pm, with a 48 hour minimum turnaround time from when you place your order.  Remember to bring ice packs and a cooler if you have a long drive home!
