A Mediterranean favorite, now plant-based. We make this the old fashioned way - with cucumbers, dill, lemon, and garlic - but instead of dairy yogurt, we use our special cultured cashew sour cream. Perfect as a topping for grilled eggplant, grape leaves, veggie burgers and chopped tomato and cucumber. Or just open a bag of pita or potato chips and dig in. Makes a great salad dressing too.
